99020/T is a near cutting oil with high level of chlorine for extreme pressure applications and fatty additive for metal wetting, oiliness and boundary lubrication. It may be used for moderate to high-speed operations of high severity including broaching, tapping, threading and gear cutting, deep hole drilling, and other arduous operations. 99020/T is designed for machining of the most difficult to machine metals including titanum nickel and its alloys, stainless steels, and other steels. This oil is non-staining for aluminum, copper and its alloys. It has superior spread ability and cooling properties. This is high performance mobile, non-foaming, non-staining, compounded oil. It contains trichloroethylene and precautions must be taken to ensure there is sufficient ventilation during use. Refer to material safety data sheet. It doe not contain kerosene or diesel. 99020/T is intended to be used near but may be cut back with petroleum distillates. Do not misx with water.
