Since its establishment, Kinshine Trading has continuously grown and evolved with Taiwan's engineering industry. 1986

January 15, 1986

Kinshine Trading Co., Ltd. was officially established with its headquarters located at No.102, Longjiang Road, Taipei, Taiwan. The company was founded with a registered capital of NTD 2 million, focusing on professional engineering tools and equipment distribution.

Authorized Brands at Establishment

RIDGID (USA) — Piping and Drain Cleaning Tools & Equipment
KURANO (Japan) — Fire Protection Equipment
SONE (Japan) — Construction Machinery & Equipment

These international partnerships laid the foundation for Kinshine's development in professional piping and engineering solutions.

1987

December 16

To support business growth, Kinshine acquired a new warehouse in Xizhi, Taipei County, expanding logistics and inventory capabilities. At the same time, the company increased its registered capital to NTD 5 million, strengthening its operational foundation for future growth.

1988

March 3

Established the Kaohsiung Service Office in Xinxing District, Kaohsiung, expanding service coverage in Southern Taiwan and strengthening local technical support and customer service capabilities.

1996 ~ 2000

Expansion of Authorized Brands

To meet growing market demand, Kinshine expanded its portfolio with leading international brands covering piping, HVAC, drain cleaning, and construction equipment:

REMS (Germany) – HVAC, fusion, and brazing tools
GENERAL (USA) – Drain cleaning and pipe inspection equipment
RIDGID (USA) – Piping tools and drain cleaning equipment
IMPERIAL (USA) – Tube bending and cutting tools
MILWAUKEE (USA) – Band saws and blades
PACE (USA) – Roll grooving equipment
REED (USA) – Professional pipe tools
CBC (Italy) – Fusion, brazing, and pipe bending equipment

2001

January 1

Headquarters relocated to a newly acquired office and facility at No. 2, Ln. 181, Sec. 2, Jiuzong Rd., Neihu District, Taipei. The move expanded office and operational space, enhancing efficiency and supporting long-term business growth.

2007

March 5

Headquarters relocated again to a self-owned office facility in Neihu District, located at 5F., No.118, Xinhu 3rd Rd., Taipei. This expansion reflects the company’s steady growth and continued business development.
