Cutting wheels can be selected according to pipe diameter and wall thickness. For thicker pipe walls, the correct wheel specification should be used to avoid reduced cutting efficiency or excessive wheel wear.

Do not select cutting wheels by pipe diameter alone; wall thickness is critical
If the cutting wheel is selected only by pipe diameter while wall thickness is ignored, cutting may become difficult, wheel wear may increase, or cut quality may become unstable. Selecting the s8 or s12 specification according to actual pipe diameter and wall thickness helps maintain cutting efficiency and wheel life.
