Cutting wheels should be selected according to pipe material. Stainless steel pipe should use the corresponding S-type cutting wheels, while steel pipe and ductile cast iron pipe should use the matching steel / cast iron pipe cutting wheels to avoid reduced cutting efficiency or excessive wheel wear.

Cutting wheels should not be mixed: stainless steel and steel pipe require different wheel types
Stainless steel pipe has different hardness and cutting characteristics. Using an unsuitable cutting wheel may cause difficult feeding, rapid wheel wear, or unstable cut quality. Select the correct wheel according to actual pipe material instead of judging by pipe size alone.
