Hinged 4-Wheel Pipe Cutter｜Low-Clearance Spark-Free Pipe Cutting Tool
This hinged 4-wheel pipe cutter is suitable for cutting ductile cast iron, cast iron, steel pipes, and stainless steel pipes, with capability up to Sch.100 pipes. The closed 360° frame design allows cutting by rotating the handle only 90°–110°. Most pipes require only approx. 10 cm of clearance around the pipe, making it especially suitable for confined spaces, spark-free work areas, and high-efficiency pipe cutting on site.

Cutting wheel selection must consider material, wall thickness, and tool model
A common risk with this type of pipe cutter is selecting based only on pipe diameter while overlooking wall thickness and material. Sch.80, Sch.100 heavy-wall pipes and cast iron / ductile cast iron have different cutting requirements. Incorrect wheel selection may cause difficult feeding, faster wheel wear, or unstable cut quality.
