For any new Product sold by the Company, if the Product is inspected by the Company or an authorized manufacturer service center and confirmed to be unable to operate normally under normal conditions of use due to defects in materials or workmanship, and the Product remains within the applicable warranty period, the Company will provide free repair or replacement of defective parts in accordance with these Warranty Terms.
The warranty period generally begins on the original date of purchase and will be determined based on valid proof of purchase and the Company's shipment and/or sales records. If the original purchase date cannot be verified, the Company may determine the warranty start date based on the Product serial number, shipment records, or sales records. If the Product serial number has been lost, damaged, altered, removed, or is otherwise illegible to the extent that the Company cannot verify the Product's origin or sales record, the Product will not be eligible for standard or extended warranty service.

Actual eligibility, required maintenance frequency, and applicable conditions shall be subject to the relevant product or campaign announcement.
- The extended warranty period shall be calculated from the original purchase date.
- The extended warranty applies only to the main unit and does not cover accessories, consumables, normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by other human factors.
- Maintenance records must be confirmed by the Company or an authorized service provider.

- The Product was purchased from the Company or its authorized dealers, and its source and warranty eligibility can be verified by purchase proof, the Company's sales records, or the Product serial number.

- Customers shall, in principle, bear the shipping cost for sending the Product for repair. If the Company confirms that the repair falls within the free warranty scope, the Company will bear the basic domestic return shipping cost.
- If the inspection confirms that the Product is not covered by warranty, the Company will provide a repair quotation. If the customer declines the repair, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
- Warranty repair applies only to the Product itself and does not include external accessories or consumables.
- Faulty parts replaced during free warranty repair shall, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties, become the property of the Company and will not be returned separately.
- If the Product has been discontinued, original parts are no longer available, or repair using original parts is not possible due to other objective reasons, the Company may, depending on the actual circumstances, assist by using functionally equivalent parts, alternative solutions, or other reasonable methods.

- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect losses caused by Product failure, downtime, repair delay, or parts supply issues, including but not limited to project delays, business losses, or loss of profit.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability under these warranty terms shall be limited in principle to repair, replacement, or the reasonable value of the Product itself.
- Where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail. These terms do not affect the customer's rights under applicable law.
- This warranty service applies only to products officially sold by the Company. Terms and conditions may vary by country or region.
- The Company may revise these warranty terms based on product, operational, or regulatory needs. In principle, products shall be subject to the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase. If the revised terms are more favorable to the customer, the Company may apply the revised terms depending on the actual circumstances.
- After repair completion, the Company will notify the customer to collect the Product. If the Product is not collected within six months after notification, the Company may notify the customer again. If the Product is still not collected within a reasonable period, the Company may charge storage fees, dispose of, or scrap the Product in accordance with applicable laws and actual circumstances.
- The Company may provide additional inspection, operation guidance, technical advice, or other after-sales assistance depending on the actual situation. Unless otherwise committed in writing by the Company, such additional assistance shall not constitute an expansion of the warranty period or warranty scope.
- Customers are advised to complete product registration after purchase and keep the purchase proof properly to protect their rights.
The interpretation and application of these warranty terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any dispute arising from these warranty terms, both parties shall first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If litigation is necessary, both parties agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance. Where mandatory jurisdiction or other mandatory legal provisions apply, such provisions shall prevail.
