Q1Standard Delivery Service
Our standard delivery service will arrange shipment on the next business day after the order is confirmed, subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, and logistics arrangements.
Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4:00 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
For out-of-stock items, custom-made products, backordered products, or special delivery requirements, the actual shipping schedule will be confirmed separately by our team.
We will arrange a suitable shipping method based on product size, weight, delivery location, and customer requirements.
- Courier delivery: freight collect.
- General freight service: T-Cat, HCT Logistics, or other designated freight carriers may be used.
- Postal delivery: registered small parcel or package delivery may be arranged depending on product size.
If you require a specific shipping method, designated freight carrier, urgent shipment, or special delivery arrangement, please inform us when placing an order or submitting an inquiry. We will assist in confirming the available options.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the order channel, shipping method, product size and weight, and delivery location. The following policy applies to deliveries within Taiwan main island only.
- For orders of NT$5,000 or above before tax, standard shipping fees will be covered by our company.
- For orders below NT$5,000 before tax, shipping fees and cash-on-delivery handling fees shall be borne by the purchaser.
- For special delivery requirements, shipping fees and cash-on-delivery handling fees shall be borne by the purchaser.
Actual shipping fees and delivery arrangements will be confirmed based on order details, product volume and weight, and logistics conditions, and shall be subject to our official reply.
Q2Pickup Locations
If it is not convenient for you to receive goods at a regular address, you may choose to pick up your order at a designated HCT Logistics station. After the order is confirmed and the shipment is arranged, you may collect your purchased items at the selected station during the available pickup period.
Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4:00 PM. Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
