Kinshine provides a trade-in service for REMS pressing tools. Whether your equipment is aging, repair costs are increasing, your jobsite requirements have changed, or you would like to upgrade to a newer REMS model, you may apply for professional inspection and trade-in evaluation.

Each used tool will be inspected by our technical team. The trade-in value will be assessed based on the actual tool condition, functional performance, accessory completeness, and required refurbishment cost, helping you reduce the cost of upgrading your equipment.

Inspection Basis and Evaluation Criteria

Every machine must undergo Kinshine’s professional inspection. The trade-in value will be assessed based on the following factors and is not calculated solely by brand, age, or model.

Brand, model, and market resale value

Years of use

Functionality and operating condition

Whether refurbishment or replacement parts are required

Oil leakage, abnormal noise, or pressing irregularities

Signs of dropping, water damage, fire damage, or major impact

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or structural alteration

Serial number, machine labels, and exterior integrity

Accessory completeness, such as pressing jaws, batteries, chargers, and carrying case

Overall reuse value of the equipment

The final trade-in value is subject to Kinshine’s formal evaluation after physical inspection of the equipment.

Kinshine will review the submitted information and confirm whether the tool meets the conditions for inspection and evaluation.

Equipment Inspection

Send the old tool to Kinshine. Our technical team will inspect its function, appearance, accessories, and overall condition.

STEP 4

Trade-In Value Assessment

Based on the inspection results, Kinshine will provide the final trade-in value and eligible new REMS tool options.

STEP 5

Confirm the Offer

The customer confirms the trade-in value, selected replacement model, and order details.

STEP 6

Complete the Exchange

Return the old equipment and complete the delivery of the designated new REMS tool.

Which brands are eligible for the Trade-In Program?

The program primarily applies to REMS pressing tools. REMS-related brands such as ROLLER may also be submitted for preliminary evaluation. Final eligibility and trade-in value are subject to Kinshine's physical inspection and final approval.

Can I trade in equipment without batteries, chargers, or pressing jaws?

Yes. Equipment without batteries, chargers, pressing jaws, carrying case, or other original accessories may still be evaluated. However, missing accessories may reduce the final trade-in value.

Can the trade-in value be redeemed for cash?

No. The trade-in value can only be applied toward eligible REMS products. It cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for change, transferred, or applied to non-eligible products.

How long does the evaluation take?

If the required information is complete, Kinshine may provide a preliminary evaluation first. The final trade-in value will be confirmed only after the machine is received and physically inspected. We will notify you of the inspection result and available upgrade options as soon as possible.

Can the trade-in value be confirmed by photos only?

No. Photos, brand, model, and equipment age are used only for preliminary eligibility review. The final trade-in value can only be confirmed after the machine is physically received and inspected by Kinshine technicians.

How many new machines can one used machine be traded in for?

Each used machine may be traded in toward one eligible new machine only. One trade-in is allowed per order unless otherwise announced or approved in writing by Kinshine.

Can the Trade-In Program be combined with other promotions?

Unless otherwise announced or approved in writing by Kinshine, the Trade-In Program cannot be combined with other project pricing, promotional offers, dealer pricing, dealer discounts, or special discounts.

Can hardware stores or dealers apply on behalf of customers?

Hardware stores, dealers, or third parties may assist customers in submitting an application. However, this program is primarily intended for actual end-user equipment upgrades. If submitted by a third party, information of the actual user, equipment source, brand, model, serial number, and relevant photos may be required. Kinshine reserves the right of final approval.

Can hardware stores or dealers promise a trade-in value in advance?

No. All trade-in values must be determined based on Kinshine’s physical inspection and final approval. Hardware stores, dealers, or third parties may not announce, promise, or guarantee any trade-in value on behalf of Kinshine. The “maximum trade-in amount” refers to the upper limit of the program and does not apply to every machine.

What conditions may result in disqualification?

Equipment may receive a lower trade-in value or be disqualified if it has water damage, fire damage, severe impact, major collision, unclear serial number, unauthorized repair, modification, missing major components, or unclear equipment origin.

The trade-in value can only be applied toward an eligible REMS new machine. It cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for change, or transferred.

Each used machine may be traded in toward one eligible new machine only. Only one used machine may be applied per order.

The trade-in value cannot be combined with other project pricing, promotional offers, dealer pricing, dealer discounts, or special discounts, unless otherwise announced or approved in writing by Kinshine.

If the equipment has water damage, fire damage, severe impact, unclear serial number, unauthorized repair, modification, incomplete repair, or missing major components, Kinshine may reduce the trade-in value or reject the application.

Eligibility and trade-in value for REMS-related brands or special models will be determined individually based on the actual inspection result.

The trade-in value is evaluated based on the actual condition of the equipment and is not fixed solely by brand, age, or model.

If the application is submitted by a hardware store, dealer, or third party, information of the actual user, equipment source, brand, model, serial number, and relevant photos may be required. Kinshine reserves the right of review and approval.

Hardware stores, dealers, or third parties may not announce, promise, or guarantee any trade-in value. All trade-in values are subject to Kinshine's physical inspection and final approval.

Kinshine reserves the right to reject applications with unclear equipment source, unclear serial number, abnormal bulk submissions, suspected resale arbitrage, or cases that do not align with the purpose of this program.

Kinshine reserves the right to modify the program, determine eligibility, set inspection standards, and make the final approval decision.
