Q1Trade-In Program Overview

Upgrade Your Equipment with Less Upfront Cost

Kinshine offers a Trade-In Program for REMS pressing tools. Whether your equipment is aging, repair costs are increasing, jobsite requirements have changed, or you wish to upgrade to a newer REMS model, you may apply for professional inspection and trade-in evaluation.

Each used machine will be inspected by our technicians. The trade-in value will be determined based on the actual equipment condition, functional performance, accessory completeness, and refurbishment cost, helping you reduce the cost of upgrading your equipment.

Q2How Is the Trade-In Value Determined?

Each machine must be professionally inspected by Kinshine. The trade-in value is evaluated based on the following factors and is not determined solely by brand, age, or model:

  1. Brand, model, and market residual value
  2. Equipment age
  3. Functional and operating condition
  4. Required refurbishment or replacement parts
  5. Oil leakage, unusual noise, or abnormal pressing performance
  6. Signs of impact, water damage, fire damage, or severe collision
  7. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or structural changes
  8. Serial number, machine label, and exterior completeness
  9. Accessory completeness, such as pressing jaws, batteries, chargers, and carrying case
  10. Overall reuse or resale value

Q4Trade-in Program Frequently Asked Questions

TRADE-IN FAQ
Trade-In Frequently Asked Questions
Key questions about eligibility, accessories, trade-in value, inspection standards, and used equipment handling.
01
Which brands are eligible for the Trade-In Program?
The program primarily applies to REMS pressing tools. Other brands such as ROLLER or other pressing equipment may also be evaluated. Final eligibility and trade-in value are subject to Kinshine’s inspection result.
02
Can I trade in equipment without batteries, chargers, or pressing jaws?
Yes. Equipment without batteries, chargers, pressing jaws, carrying case, or other original accessories may still be evaluated. However, missing accessories may reduce the final trade-in value.
03
Can the trade-in value be redeemed for cash?
No. The trade-in value can only be applied toward eligible REMS products. It cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for change, transferred, or applied to non-eligible products.
04
How long does the evaluation take?
If the required information is complete, Kinshine may provide a preliminary evaluation first. The final trade-in value will be confirmed only after the machine is received and physically inspected. We will notify you of the inspection result and available upgrade options as soon as possible.
05
How many new machines can one used machine be traded in for?
Each used machine may be traded in toward one eligible new machine only. One trade-in is allowed per order unless otherwise announced or approved in writing by Kinshine.
06
Can the Trade-In Program be combined with other promotions?
Unless otherwise announced or approved in writing by Kinshine, the Trade-In Program cannot be combined with other project pricing, promotional offers, dealer discounts, or special discounts.
07
What conditions may result in disqualification?
Equipment may receive a lower trade-in value or be disqualified if it has water damage, fire damage, severe impact, major collision, unclear serial number, unauthorized repair, modification, missing major components, or unclear equipment origin.
08
What happens to the used equipment after trade-in?
Used equipment will be handled based on its inspection result. Some machines may be refurbished, maintained, or used for parts. If the equipment is not suitable for reuse, it will be handled according to Kinshine’s internal standards.
