REED Rotary Cutter LCRC
- Large-Diameter Cutting Capacity: Suitable for 6"–16" pipes for large pipeline installation and repair.
- Confined-Space Application: Requires only approx. 10 cm clearance around pipes up to 16".
- Small-Angle Fast Cutting: Cuts quickly with only 45°–60° handle rotation.
- One Cutter Wheel for All Sizes: The same cutter wheel fits the full series, reducing spare part complexity and cost.
- RCX High-Performance Cutter Wheel: Cuts steel pipe wall thickness up to 19.5 mm.
- Heavy-Duty Frame: Rugged construction for long-term, high-load use.
- Long-Handle Leverage: Provides better cutting force with less operator effort.
- Excellent for Ductile Cast Iron: Especially effective on ductile cast iron pipes, which break cleanly once the cut reaches sufficient depth.
- Multi-Environment Use: Suitable for trenches, underwater work, overhead piping, and restricted jobsite areas.

The key value of this tool is compatibility with both large pipe sizes and tight working spaces. Large-diameter pipe cutting is often limited by insufficient clearance around the pipe. This cutter requires only approx. 10 cm clearance and works with a 45°–60° rotation angle, making it suitable for municipal repair, drainage lines, water supply lines, and dense existing pipework.
Steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and ductile cast iron have different cutting behaviors; heavy-duty and extra-thick pipe walls also require different wheels. Selecting only by pipe diameter may cause difficult feed, rapid wheel wear, or unstable cut quality. Choose RCS, RCI, RCDX, or RCX according to actual material, thickness, and cutting load.
Cuts 6"–16" pipes, suitable for large steel, stainless steel, and cast iron pipework.
Requires only approx. 10 cm clearance around the pipe, suitable for trenches, underwater work, or tight spaces.
45°–60° rotation angle reduces required working space during large-pipe cutting.
Supports steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and ductile cast iron pipes.
With the RCX cutting wheel, it can handle thicker steel and stainless steel pipes.
Suitable for pipe repair, maintenance, installation, and existing pipeline replacement.
Suitable for repair and maintenance of large-diameter steel, stainless steel, and cast iron pipes.
Commonly used for large pipeline cutting on construction sites and engineering projects.
Especially suitable for installation, maintenance, and replacement of drainage and water supply facilities.
Suitable for tight working conditions such as drainage trenches, underwater work, or dense pipeline areas.
