Product Details
REMS Collum is a German-made corded roll grooving machine designed for fast and economical grooving work in pipe joining systems. It is suitable for DN 25–300 / 1"–12" steel pipes with maximum pipe wall thickness s ≤ 7.2 mm, and can also be used for stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and PVC pipes depending on roller configuration.

The core value of REMS Collum lies in stable corded output and high working efficiency. Using 6" steel pipe as an example, grooving can be completed in approx. 52 seconds, making it suitable for fire protection piping, MEP engineering, industrial pipelines, and professional jobsites requiring continuous on-site processing.
Suitable for DN 25–300 / 1"–12" steel pipes with maximum wall thickness s ≤ 7.2 mm, covering most pipe joining system requirements.
Available with 1200W or 1700W drive units, suitable for jobsite use and continuous work on larger pipe sizes.
With REMS Collum, grooving a 6" steel pipe takes approx. 52 seconds, helping improve jobsite productivity.
The manual hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder advance the pressure roller, providing stable and powerful grooving pressure.
Built-in ring-gauge automatic groove depth limiting helps control groove depth and improve work consistency.
The grooving unit uses a durable metal housing with a compact structure for easier transport. Weight is approx. 31 kg including the drive unit.
Rollers can be selected for steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and PVC pipes according to project needs.
Can be installed on a workbench, fixed tripod, or mobile wheel stand to improve working height, stability, and jobsite mobility.
Suitable for grooving steel pipes in fire protection lines, sprinkler systems, and grooved joining systems.
Suitable for MEP equipment piping, machine room pipelines, and on-site pipe installation work.
Suitable for grooving work in HVAC, chilled water, cooling water, and related piping systems.
Can be used for grooved joining work in water supply, drainage, and general transport pipelines.
Can be used for industrial process piping, equipment pipelines, and on-site processing of larger pipe sizes.
Suitable for use with pipe joints, couplings, and grooved joining systems.
